Exploded drawing of engine and carburetor
The exploded drawing shows all spare parts of engine and carburetor with their referring part numbers. You can order the spare parts using part numbers.

Running-in
Fix the engine on the model and run it at low rpm for at least 30 minutes.

Start
Put the model on the starting box connect the glowplug to the specific device connected with a battery of 1.5-2.0 volt.

Blow out
Stop the engine by closing the needle valve through the remote radio control or use a rag to cover the exhaust tip. Be careful! The exhaust is extremely hot . So you must use a thicker rag.

Fuel
Using a good quality fuel to avoid rust and oxidation occurred in engine. Good fuel is composed of alcohol without water, good nitro and ungummed oil

Air filter
You should carefully maintain the air filter to avoid dust and sand go into engine.

Wisely control
Accelerating the engine, let the pipe noise as quiet as possible to avoid skidding to the model.
Sharp acceleration causes the balls of bearing skidding against their sliding guide and consequent wear.
Note
l This engine can not be used under 14 years age.

l This engine must be carefully fixed on the model.
Following the manufacturer’s instructions, using the suitable screws and tools.

l Install an effective pipe (muffler) before you start the engine

l When you start the engine, you have to keep your hands electric line away from moving parts

l Keep all spectators away from the model to a safety distances (at least 20 feet or 6 meters).

l Use a radio control and components of high quality to obtain a perfect operating of engine.

l The engine is intended for model only.
Any of manipulating or modifying the engine would cause eventual damage.
